The Building 200 Master Plan and Interior Design Standards aims to establish Design Guidelines that will  create a patient and visitor experience that embodies the mission, vision and values of UCLA’s medical center. Our vision is to ensure that the project areas will have an attractive, cohesive and enduring aesthetic that will promote safety, accessibility and sustainability


Project highlights:

  • Creating an Interior design master plan and standards for all future  renovations
  • Includes redesign of corridors, lobbies, waiting room and public restrooms on each of the 6 floors and two basements.
  • Use of sustainable finishes and furnishings for LEED Silver equivalence
  • Design process includes multiple user groups
  • Durable, sustainable and cost-effective finishes
