Natale Stephens

Natale is an accomplished designer, planner and manager with experience in team-building and negotiation for complex projects. She is a resourceful, meticulous and result-orientated individual with demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation. As chair of the firm's Patient-Centered Design Committee, she advances the delivery of  creative design solutions that make an impact on patients' lives. She has a passion for leveraging LEAN tools while prioritizing and aligning institutional expectations, visions and goals. When asked why she chose healthcare as her specialty, she responded, "I cannot imagine a more satisfying career in architecture than to specialize in healthcare. I am continually learning from our healthcare clients and can immediately see the impact our designs have on patients, their family and healthcare providers."

On a more personal note, Natale finished her first half marathon in 2014 (on her honeymoon!) and spends most of her free time in the kitchen creating delicious goodies for friends, family, coworkers, and even professionally for special events.
