Marc Schweitzer is an experienced Project Manager who has an excellent understanding of construction. He has also provided project programming, operations analysis, concept design and design management for patient and family centered healthcare project nationwide. He has developed the acclaimed Planetree Model for hospital unit design currently implemented in over a dozen healthcare systems and is an international speaker on human-center design. Marc has a special expertise in the program planning and implementation emphasizing human interface with system design. He has strength in the facilitation of participatory processes to define project goals and build user consensus.
