David Hall, NCARB, AIA
David’s project experience includes the role as project architect, project manager and construction administrator of the complex $75M Hospital Addition for Grossmont Hospital in San Diego. David’s previous experience is in the design, project management and construction administration of affordable housing developments, including new and rehab construction. These developments have included related community buildings and educational components as well as the renovation of both wood-frame and historic brick structures. David brings demonstrated scholarship and technical skills in management, codes interpretation and quality control. He has a keen interest in rigorous building and planning codes, handicap accessibility and the technical aspects of building construction.
