John Boerger has been a Principal of The Design Partnership since 1984. His experience in master-planning, programming, and design spans more than 30 years. During his career, John has focused almost entirely on healthcare facilities. He has programmed, planned, and designed well over a 100 projects. John pays attention to the specialized systems of hospital work, patient comfort, and the staff’s ability to work efficiently. This results in improvement of the efficiency of operations, in not only facility design, but improved technology.

The acknowledgment of John’s abilities has lead to numerous awards, speaking engagements and publications for healthcare organizations. His passion for his field is a touchstone of his success. He firmly believes that planning and design are inseparable and will result in projects that create a higher quality of life.
